About

From a young age, I have had a passion for helping others and listening to other people’s stories and experiences. I was drawn to working in mental health due to this and having loved ones who experienced anxiety, depression, and other concerns related to their mental health. After taking an introductory level psychology course in high school, this solidified my passion to become a
therapist. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Psychology and my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology. Some of my values as a clinician include being curious and open-minded, as well as valuing connections with others. In my free time, I enjoy being in nature, reading, quality time with loved ones, listening to music, and cooking.

I have clinical experience in working with individuals, children, and adolescents with concerns related to anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, life transitions, relational conflict, identity, and neurodivergence.
