About

As a licensed therapist and experienced drug and alcohol counselor, I provide compassionate, individualized therapy for children, teens and adults navigating life’s challenges. I work with clients facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, divorce, low self-esteem, and major life transitions.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care. I believe in creating a safe, supportive space within my therapy sessions, where clients can explore their emotions, strengthen coping skills, and move toward lasting emotional wellness.

I have a special passion for working with adolescents, teens and adults, helping them manage stress, build confidence, and establish healthy relationships. In therapy, I meet you where you are—with honesty, empathy, and respect. Together, we’ll work to identify your goals, uncover your strengths, and create meaningful change.

Currently accepting new child or adult clients in person in Hutchinson, and telehealth.
